i've always been told to def. warm-up with cardio, and end with cardio to stretch the muscles! Mix it up and have fun :)

Hello....I am a Stay at Home Mom of 3 Girls! A set of 7 year old twins, and a silly 2.5 year old. Feb. 2011, I joined a "Biggest Movers" program at our local Y. My trainer says to eat every 2-3 hours! Lots of lean protein with colorful veggies & fruit. I agree with circut training and shaking things up every once in awhile! GOOD LUCK

Thanks for the info! I've been tracking my exercise, but thought it would be cool to see the daily total. Got it mostly to track my heart rate, to keep in the zone and also for exercise burns. This morning workout burns jog = 275 Cardio-strength hour class = 400 Arc = 100

i read somewhere yesterday....egg beaters with a wedge of lauging cow cheese...microwaved! Sounds yummy, quick and easy!

i buy bulk fresh veggies, and repack them for my day! I love them crunchy, dipped in light Laughing Cow cheese!

Get some friends on here...create your goals, big & small with rewards! Take your measurements. Yes, drink lots of water! Exercise, but make it fun! YOU CAN DO IT

Me too! Been looking around for awhile...too many choices! I have 2 friends with the Fitbit and love it, but I don't think it gives your heart-rate?! Most people tell me to go with the Polar brand?! I want mine to keep track of calories burned and HR. Good Luck

I love the white tuna packages (2.5oz) mixed with 1 TBSP of garlic hummus! I just eat it with a spoon and fresh veggies....so tasty and filling!
