MY FAV food on EARTH!! make a light salad of crab meat, parsley and a lemon/mustard viniagrette. If you like fried green tomatoes (I bake mine to reduce the fat), top with this salad and it is amazing. or you could top some delicious salad greens with the crab salad.

Chipoltle salads or Tuna Garden Salad at Au Bon Pain is only 470 calories and it's delish. They don't drown the tuna salad scoop in mayo which is exactly the way I like it. My big let down with fast food is the sodium counts.

1/2 cup home coffee b/c hubby over sweetened 1 full iced coffee from Au Bon Pain at work saw this recipe here yesterday and tried it - oatmeal, topped w/fried egg, dash of soy sauce and 2 T shredded white cheddar. Suprisingly tasty and TOTALLY filling.

also keep in mind that many designers create unreasonably small sizes. I've had size 4 friends have to buy a size 10 dress and have it altered very little. agree with others that the level of effort and time to alter will be based on the details of the dress.
