I give myself a break every sunday, no workout and I go way over on calories.. May 1 - 3,351 calories, May 8 - 3,427 calories. I'm still losing weight. I lost 1.1 lbs and 0.8 lbs in these 2 weeks. Not a lot, but I'm happy as long as I'm losing. Also it gives me something to look forward to. :bigsmile:

I got all of mine from VS.. have bought 20 sets over 3 years, I buy some whenever it's on sales :bigsmile: they are very true to size.

Me too.. like every food I look at I see "x number of calories" instead.. and I would do a mental calculation to see if the x number of calories fits into my meal plan, ugh! But it's working and I'm losing weight counting calories so.. :ohwell:

1. Lost 5.9 lbs in april! :bigsmile: 2. I too didn't eat any candy on easter, actually I didn't had any candy in april. 3. Only had fast food twice in april, subway & mcdonalds.. to think I used to have fast food everyday before MFP, ugh. :noway:

Well said! I have a cheat meal occasionally to kill those cravings.. sometimes planned, sometimes unplanned. For planned cheat meals I will eat at a deficit a day before and a day after. Didn't hinder my weight loss. :smile:

Yup I log everything, even 2 french fries or the fresh lemon juice I add to my water (which is only 6 calories). Since I'm doing this I've gonna do this right. Really, I'll only be cheating myself if I don't. :ohwell:

Hey.. me too, I never ate veggies until I started MFP. Still don't enjoy them but they are super low in calories so.. :blushing: And yeah the fresh veggies definitely taste better!
