I have been running for about 6 months now, and while I am losing weight I was getting really anoyed my claves aren't getting any smaller...until last week. My husband was laying on the couch, and my daughter was behind it playing peekaboo with me. I would lean over the couch and say boo! While I was leaning over, my…

:ohwell: I don't count the squirt of honey I add to my plain yogurt! Oh, and every once in a while, on Monday's I will buy a choclate bar and have a square every day for about a week and a half. I don't count the squares. :smokin: Man that feels good to admit!

I count the calories. I think the reason so many are burned is because you are using your entire body. All your muscles are working together and that burns more calories than just working your legs on the tredmill

I am somewhat new to running. I started in January. I would like to think I haven't pushed myself to hard to fast, but now that you mention it, I did try to run 10 miles a few weeks ago, (my longest run prior to that was 5 miles), and I did it on a tredmill, (which I don't normally do) Is it possible that running that far…

Thanks. I am probably going to a chiropractor this week. I was hoping that maybe there be some easy home cure I hadn't thought of. :ohwell:

1. To see in the mirror what I see in my head 2. Finish my first marathon 3. buy a pair of pants in a single digit size 4. My flat stomach. (I feel like this one is just a pipe dream...but who knows)

I am 5'4ish and my goal weight is 135...but I would be really happy at 140-145

Yeah, I am doing the same. I will admit I don't really pay attention at home to how much I pee, but at work I go during my breaks...twice at lunch...and usually in between my breaks. So that's like 7-8 times in a 9 hour period. It's a big pain sometimes, but I think it so worth it in the long run. I just feel better with…

I've lost a human leg!

 I love it. Thanks for making me smile.

thankfully the reason I FINALLY quit was because I had taken up running. Those 2 don't really mix. I think because I was running so much I didn't put on any weight this time. Thank goodness. The last few times I quit I always gained weight. Good luck stay with it.

Thanks guys! You have given me some really good ideas. I have actually been sticking with the shakes so long becuase i have been afraid of my food choices, and I don't want to back slide and lose all my progress, but you have all given me some great meals, that even I can make! Thanks again

They were giving bags away at Roadrunner Sports not to long ago. They looked good, but my husband and daughter ate the bag before I could try any:laugh:

When I am running races I program that song to play about 3/4 through my race to get me over that last hump!

I think it may sound funny by latley it's been LL Cool J's "Momma said knock you out" and really it's all about the very first line.. "don't call it a come back! I've been here for years" :smokin: I don't know why but it makes me feel invincable.

I was actually just thinking of changing mine as well to Thursdays instead of Sundays. Thursdays always seem to be my best number for some reason.
