120-125lbs?

MFP builds a deficit in, so eat those calories.

This would be the fairest.

agreed.

This is a pretty good body frame calculator. http://www.dietandfitnesstoday.com/bodyFrame.php It uses your wrist circumference and your elbow breadth compared to your height.

As you lose weight you burn less calories.

No, you should be fine. A few days every now and then won't harm your metabolism. Maybe focus on eating a little bit more calorie dense foods during TOM, like some nuts. :)
-
The number of calories burned is dependent on the weight of the person doing it. Another thing to consider is if the person manually entered the information, example someone who uses a HRM to get an accurate determination.

What is your activity level set at? Does it match the amount of activity you have during the day?

I completely agree with Laughing Cow Light Cheese! It's awesome on a bagel!!

I choose to call it a "relax day". A day where I'm not worried about my calories and can have pizza with the family on Saturdays or go to a movie and drinks with the hubby. It works for me. I just ensure that I drink ALOT of water and try to keep it around maintenance calories. Regarding the Sour Cream and Onion Potato…

Try increasing your water intake. I have found that drinking 64-100 ounces of water helps a lot. Also, try decreasing your sodium intake to the daily allotment.

You may be reading the wrong column. :) Its says a serving size is 385grams but the calories is 200. :)

Values include lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, cucumbers and olives. Values do not include dressing or croutons. I looked at the entry in the Food Database and it matches subways website. http://www.subway.com/applications/NutritionInfo/Files/NutritionValues.pdf

If you are only making 4 sloppy joes with the whole pan of sloppy joe meat, then yes, each sloppy joe meat serving is 273 calories. I make sloppy joe meat with ground turkey, sloppy joe seasoning, and tomato paste - this makes 8 sloppy joes at 127 calories before the bun. Part of a new lifestyle is adjusting the size of…

Yes, if the calorie count was on the menu I would 95% downgrade - now or before.

http://www.enell.com/ Through my research Enell has the best sports bra for large breasted women. They do custom sizes. They aren't cheap at all, but since they do custom sizing they will probably work the best. Another option is to purchase 2 high impact bras and wear both of them. Wear 3 of them if you need too! :) Good…

6" Chicken Bacon Ranch on Flatbread with Lettuce, Tomato, and Green Peppers w/ the Ranch!! :)

It seems to me that your NET Calorie intake is too low. You need to try to aim for a minimum of 1200 NET Calories. Also, give your new lifestyle a chance. It takes a few weeks, or longer, for you body to get "comfortable" with what you are doing. As you go along on your journey you may find that you need to up your…

Don't worry about it! :) You are doing what you are supposed to. In order to get results you need to keep track of the calories that you are eating and the calories that you are burning.

DON'T take any more laxatives. That is what is causing your problem. You need to call your doctor.

I too am a terrible eater when I'm sick. When I get sick I seem to just not care. It really sucks!!

This is really great for everyone to share their goals! I have some deadline goals (as I meet or don't meet goals, they may readjust to keep realistic!) and I have non-deadline goals. There are a few of my non-deadline goals that I will meet 2 at a time because of how close they are, but they are all weightloss markers…

Breasts are made of fatty tissue., so, yes, you most likely will lose in their as well. I also will be happy to go down in bra size. 42J is just TOO big!! When I weighed 145 in 9th grade I was a DD, so for me, I'll be happy to be that cup size!

It's about calories in vs calories out. Yes you can really eat that way and still lose weight. :) However, you may run into an issue with the sodium level of the pre-packaged foods. Also, you need to make sure to get in some fruit and vegetables as well (not that I'm one to talk. lol.) Good Luck on your journey!

I agree that a serviing of normal cereal with some milk would be a good breakfast. You could also add some fruit too. :) I have a suggestion with how some of the info is entered into your food journal. Instead of selecting Quesadillas - Chicken and Cheese from the food database, put in the ingredients that you used, ie: 2…

These are things that will come up over the course of the rest of your life. You need to live with making the right decisions that are best for you. Eat what you would like to, but do so in moderation while trying to make a good choice. For example: Chinese - Chicken and Broccoli isn't too bad. :) There is almost always a…

Thanks, but I can't stand the taste of baby food. I've been sucking on cough drops like crazy. The tea has felt really good - until it cools off. :( I knew the dairy was a BAD idea, but it felt so good at the time. On Friday they prescribed me Tramadol for the pain - stopped taking it cause it was making me puke since…
