UPDATE: Consistency pays off. I am still steadily losing. Currently at 225, 7 months out from VSG. I haven't been eating the BEST but am aware of my mistakes so I guess that is the first step in correcting them. i want to be 100# down by the end of November which is when I began my journey. Surgery was 2/19/18.

1. cut out diet soda 2. started drinking lots of water 3. stopped drinking coffee as I don't like it without the cream and sugar 4. watching portion size and stopping when I am full 5. if I eat it, I log It 6. being more active

I was going to run out at lunch today and it had started raining so I grabbed my work jacket that has been hanging in my office since last fall and when I put it on the arms came half way down to my fingertips! I was very loose!
