muscle dosen't actually weigh more than fat. 1 lb of muscle is = to 1 lb of fat. muscle is more dense and thus takes up less space. so the space 5lbs of fat takes up is greater than the space of 5lbs of muscle.

yes basically if you have 5 pounds of fat and 5 pounds muscle the muscle would take up less space. 5 pounds is 5 pounds it is about the amount of space each takes up.

I have one of those reusable plastic cups with a lid and straw, its about 20 oz. I fill it up porbably 6-7 times a day, and I make sure that when I get up to go to the bathroom I refill it afteards.

I think I know what you mean, my inner image is skinnier than my outer one. I also have a friend who has always been at a healthy weight but complained of her "fatness" I just tell her how great she looks and move on.

Well you can look at it that way, I try to get my overall weekly calorie goal to be under 3500 because something about one pound being equal to 3500 calories.

Are you being sure to do some dynamic stretching before and stretching after. That solved my problem as well as increasing protein on the days I run. Personally if I had sore muscles I would give myself a break. Maybe do some light cardio like walking or extra cleaning but I wouldn't run. But that is just me.
