  • I agree. I'm on my second week but took a couple days to rest my knees and feet. I think I land soft...almost completely quiet. But both my knees still hurt, and I thought I only had one bad knee. Back at it Monday.

  • I don't think you burn more calories but you just sweat more. You need to get your heart rate up to burn more....I think. Of course you feel like it's more. I just moved 3 pallets of sod and I wish I burned more just because it was 95 degrees

  • So I don't drink very often and I planned Frirday VERY well except for the fact that I was going to be drinking. I drank almost a WHOLE bottle of wine and 3 corona lights! I couldn't believe it. Needless to say I kind of stayed the same this week!
