I just started 30ds yesterday :-)

Now~Once a week because I'm keeping track through my pregnancy. Before~Once a month when I got my body fat checked at my chiro office.

When I used to care about daily weight I would weigh before and after and I can not explain it one bit but I would weigh ounces less after my shower...it made no sense but it was there in red!

Eating too little, you are. Gained muscle, you have not.

Since you have eaten under 600 calories today and burned about the same you are currently sitting at no calories for your body to function. If I were you I would try eating more throughout the day and ALWAYS netting a minimum of 1200-1300 (I recommend more but if you aren't ready to even eat 1100 calories a day I won't…

We joked that my husband was orthorexic. It was frustrating for us all because we couldn't enjoy going to a birthday party without hearing about the 100 ways the food we ate could potentially kill us. Thankfully he realized it was becoming an obsession and he has since learned it's about balance and has relaxed a bit.

The pic is too small :)

I was eating at maintenance and had no clue. I gained weight when I got married then stayed at that weight. Then I got pregnant and after I had baby 1, I never lost the weight. Then I got pregnant again and when I had baby 2 I stayed at that weight (between 204-207). I only gained during the pregnancies and then it just…

I recently made the switch to Ava Anderson products and LOVE them. They all receive 0s and 1s on the Environmental Working Group scale, smell amazing and don't have any "junk" in them.

Don't offer it to her. Just leave a pack on her desk and don't tell it is from you. She'll maybe get the hint and won't think you're a jerk!

If you only crave it every so often then just eat the real thing every so often.

Mercola. All natural. Also has probiotics in it.

I do but it's because I often eat several hundred or more calories of these foods a day!

I've also heard/read to do a light cardio in between lifting days (I usually just make sure I get a nice walk in, either on the treadmill or outside) to increase blood flow and promote healing.

I am hoping to get a BMF soon and I bet my burns will be around what we guess my TDEE is. I think people sell themselves short as far as what they burn in a day. The group I've linked below suggests eating 85% of what your TDEE is. I think it's pretty sound info.…

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/3834-eat-more-to-weigh-less The stickies on this page are great. If you post questions there you can get help with your exact numbers. I'd recommend joining that group :)

Yes your burn is calculated in but she screen shots her MFP days and eats between 1300-1500 while teaching boot camp and other classes several days a week. She is not advocating eating what you burn. It's not really an article, just a piece from her blog. She doesn't believe in eating exercise calories. She believes in…

We've had them. My husband and one kid liked them. Me and the other kid thought they were gross.

Trimming the inches won't come from excessive weight loss. You'll likely still not get the look you're going for. I'd hit up the heavy weights with a plan because that will change the way your body looks without a shirt on at the beach, not burning excessive amounts of calories and pounds. Sounds like you're going more for…

If it's the last few pounds it likely won't come off in a month in any kind of healthy manner. Good luck with your goals though.

Isn't it in Canada or something?

I ALWAYS want the wine...

I finally saw the light and eat more as well. It really makes me wonder why I ever thought it okay to eat less than my BMR at a minimum. I net more than my BMR but used to not. How silly I was...
-
I'd say you need to eat more.
-
I'd say yes if you aren't eating enough.

Age: 27 Height: 66" Weight: 175ish TDEE at Moderately active: 2345 15% cut: 351 BMR: 1600 Eat: 1994 I lift heavy 3x a week.
