I've read my kindle once on the treadmill before. I did have to make the font huge so I could see it easily with the bouncing motion. It was a nice distraction since I was on there a while (kept telling myself I'd read one more chapter, then look at the time, lol). That being said, I havent done it again =)

you sound like me, I just had my 4th in 5 years 8 weeks ago! I also had just lost weight before I got pregnant, so it's been really frustrating to be bigger again. Sadly I gained 50lbs with my pregnancy and only lost 12 after having the baby, so I am now starting over at an even heavier weight than before =( You really…

I just had a baby in April and would love the support of others trying to drop the baby weight! I've really been struggling to get back into the swing of things! I am also breastfeeding, so I constantly feel hungry. Feel free to add me =)

I generally run 3mi everyday during the week, and do a longer run on the weekends to help train for the half I'm doing in October =)

Try not to be so hard on yourself!! I too am a slow runner. I was running around 13min miles when I finished c25k, but after running 4 times a week for about 3-4 months I was up to around 11.30-12 minute miles. With time you will start to get faster. I am constantly judging myself and my ability based on other people's…

I agree with others with the 10% and Hal Higdon's programs! Also, if you are already running 11 miles, you can totally handle a half marathon!!

I use a can of cream of chicken soup instead of the cream cheese, and also add taco seasoning. Yum. I also serve it over brown rice.

I agree with the previous poster, you should check out Couch 2 5k, that program is what got me from "I will never run EVER" to "I AM A RUNNER!". It allows you to have time to walk and run and slowly build you up to a solid run. As for not being able to meet your 7 minute goal... Running is seriously 90% mental. Try to…
