Not losing weight
I eat 1,200 calories a day and never ate junk food . Only ate vegetables , fruit and lean meat but I still don’t see no results ...what am I doing wrong ? I drink a gallon of water a day, weight lift and cardio. I don’t go over 45g of carbs . I cut out all bread , rice and pasta, etc. Any tips what I’m doing wrong ?

So I eat about 1,200 calories a day maybe less depending. I run/jog/ walk about 5miles a day, then come home and do weight lifting.
