homemade salad dressings?
Any one have any good homemade salad dressing recipes. I love ranch but have tried the greek yogurt and hidden vally packet and I also tried with light mayo, but nothing seems to be good. So how about some other ideas of ranch or any thing else you can think of.

stopped counting calories and lost weight?
has anyone stopped counting calories and just used portion control and exercise and still lost weight? Sometimes I feel like I am stressing over the counting of calories and that causes me to not lose weight. What do you all think about this?

how to start jogging?
I have been walking since sept on the treadmill. I do 3.0 and 3.5. If I do 4.0 its a little much. But I want to start trying to jog. I feel wierd at the gym, but at least I know how fast I am jogging. So my question is how do I start training my body to do more and then start jogging? thanks

why are my weekends so horrible??
I seem to do pretty good during the week and trying to hit the gym at least 3 times a week, but when it comes to the weekend everything goes out the window. Instead of having a cheat day it turns into a cheat weekend. Will I ever get myself to not go so freakin crazy? Is it ok if I am bad 2 days out of the week?
