When should you replace running shoes? I've had mine since the end of March. I'm a beginner runner and I've only logged about 125 miles on them. Losing pounds but not inches
Tomorrow will end 6 weeks eating better and 5 weeks working out. I've lost 15.4 pounds. The frustrating part is that my clothes aren't fitting any better. I would think they would be by now.

What kind of shoes do you wear when you do Turbofire? I have a pair of Saucony progrid 3's that are old running shoes that I've been wearing. They have lost any cushion they had and it's causing my knees and feet to hurt.

Coming back after an injury...
I dislocated my shoulder a few weeks ago. I was right in the middle of a great working out/eating right groove. Now I can't get my head right to get back into it... Any suggestions?

So like a dumbass, I fell up some steps and dislocated my shoulder. I'll be in a sling til I can see my ortho. I've been in a great groove work out wise and I don't want to lose that momentum. Help me!

I'm week 4 day 2 of C25K. To this point I have been strictly running on a school track. I'm thinking tonight when go I'm going to just go through town. I don't want to be in shock when I run my 1st 5K in September because I prepared on a flat track, KWIM? So how bad is it going to suck?

Calorie burn
So I did some turbo fire today and when I logged it it said I burned 818 calories. Now, I know I need to get a HRM to be sure but how accurate is the calculator? I worked hard, it was a 45 minute workout. But I don't feel like it was 818.

foot cramps, leg pain when working out
Whenever I workout I get pain in my ankles and feet. I'm 270 ish pounds so IDK if it's related to my overweight/out of shapeness. I was doing turbo fire today when it happened but I was barefoot. It happens when I do C25K too. My husband says when I'm running, my shoes might be too tight. I was fitted for shoes. Help!
