Learning how to walk again
This question is actually for my grandmother. She was in the hospital 6 weeks do to covid. She is home now and very weak. Unable to walk a more than a few steps. She has a physical therapist scheduled to come soon but what type of exercises should I have her do in the meantime?

My grandmother is recovering from covid. She barley eats. I don’t know why. She says the food is good but will only take a couple bites. Starvation mode real?
If I eat under 1200 calories will my body go into starvation mode and stop burning fat? I don’t purposely eat below 1200 but sometimes I add up calories to about 1000 or so and now I’m worried after reading about starvation mode

Low energy while dieting
My third day on my diet 182lbs and on a 1200 cal diet. I feel very sluggish and tired. Today I feel asleep while my son was at school, ended up getting a call from the school. I had overslept and was late picking up my son. I’ve never done that before. Advice?

I am thinking of doing the keto diet for a few weeks. Is it a diet that I can do for 30 days and then go back to eating carbs after? Would I gain all the weight back if I start back eating carbs? I’ve seen people lose 20 pounds in a month from keto and I want in!

Fat free, no sugar foods
Are these foods at the grocery store labed "50% less fat", any healthier. Reading the back of package they always have more sugar and carbs then the original. For instance, I sampled some lays chips that are said to have less fat then the regular ones, but they have higher sodium and carbs, are they worth it?
