Going over carbs?
Hi, lately I've been going over my carbs limit. It's mainly from the fruit I eat...but I want to know will this stall my weight loss? Most of my carbs come from fruit...but I also usually eat two sandwiches a day. Whether It be bagels, normal wheat bread, or wraps.

Going over fat Marcos?
Lately I have been going over my allowed fat macros. I've been trying to raise my calorie amounts because I used to restrict but am trying to recover but I've been going over in fat and its starting to worry me...will this make me gain weight or is it okay because I'm always under my calories?
