TDEE can this be right?
just a quick question. I've calculated me TDEE on a couple different sites and it's coming up as 2600 + calories. I also breastfeed and have read and been told that I'm probably burning around 300 calories/day producing milk. So this would put my TDEE at around 2900. Is that accurate? It feels like it's quite high. Thanks!

So every week for the past 3 weeks I would lose 5lbs during the week and then gain 5 lbs on the weekends! Well this past week I lost my regular 5 lbs and this weekend only gained .7 lbs!!! That's POINT 7 lbs NOT 7 lbs! lol YAY ME!!
