Okay fellow Filipinos/filipino food eaters... We all know how greasy yet delicious some Filipino foods are. How do you log that into MFP? I know I could stay away from it but sometimes you just can't! Especially when saying "Let's eat" or offering food is the same as saying "Hello!"

Happy to reach goal but do you ever get the feeling...
Do you ever get the feeling that when finally you've reached your goal weight and you've lost all you've wanted to lose that behind every "wow, great job on the weight loss!" "wow you're so thin!" "you look great!" is actually a sneaky "I wonder how long she'll keep the weight off" ? How do you deal with that pressure? :/
