Changing lifting routine?
I'm 5'3", 116ish lbs trying to lose more weight and get down to about 110lbs. I've started running and I've done the Monday and Tuesday lifting routine from this: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/womans_lean_sexy_bible.htm I'm wondering though if I should switch to stronglifts 5x5?

Satiety..
I'm curious. Is it different for everyone? Like one person could feel full more on consuming proteins, or others on fats and other just on consuming carbs? I have a friend and she ate a bag of M&Ms and said she was full from that. I wouldn't be full from that alone. Lol What satiates you?

Why I overeat
I think I get why I overeat. I've been used to eating healthy, eating high volumes of veggies, big portions that I'm used to eating a lot therefore when I eat not so healthy stuff (high calorie) I eat the same portions I do with veggies. Does that make sense?!

How do you know when you're actually hungry
and not just BORED? Like what signals you that you're hungry? Grumbling stomach? Or do you eat just because it's time to eat like every day you have a specific time to eat? Just curious!

MFP App crashes
Has anybody been experiencing this lately? MFP Iphone app crashes whenever I'd try to log an entry. It's frustrating!!!! :/ I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, still the same. What works is restarting the phone but only temporarily then after a few logs, it crashes again! GRR
