Women- How do you design your gym routines?
For those of you not following a program like Stronglifts or NROLFW- where do you come up with the exercises you do at the gym? I often see the fittest girls in my gym doing a wide variety of exercises and I'm just looking for some recommendations on where to find some new workouts :)

Hip flexor pain when squatting heavy? Poor form?
I am fine until I get over 55 pounds, and then I get incredibly tight and pinch-y in my hip flexors. What gives? edit; I realize 55 pounds is not "heavy", but I'm relatively new to lifting. So take'r easy on me.

Treadmill running= pancake butt? Say it ain't so!
I read an article stating that running on the treadmill (versus outdoors) will kill your booty because you aren't activating your glutes in the same way you would if you were running outdoors. Thoughts? Yay or nay?

How many calories to cut back?
Eating at 1200-1400, I was losing but hungry and pissy. Now eating at my TDEE (1626) and some of my exercise calories back, I'm not losing. Should I cut back 100-200 or more? Or stop eating back exercise cals?
