TDEE on stronglifts 5x5
I am trying to calculate my TDEE on IIFYM website now that I have started Strong lifts. I will do strong lifts 3 times a week. So should I put my activity level as doing working out 3 times a week? I only ask because each session is only about 25 mins long and I dont burn many calories in that time..

Protein intake on non lifting days
Hi ladies, Have a quick question to ask. I eat 0.8-1g of protein per lb of my body weight on weight lifting days. On non weight lifting days, I don't eat so much protein. Should I be eating 0.8-1g of protein per lb of my body weight on my non weight lifting days aswell? Thanks

Yoga or Pilates?
Since starting weight training, my joints feel stiff and I find myself needing to do a lot of stretches post workout. I really want to improve my flexibility because I think it will help. So my question is Which one is better? yoga or Pilates? Are there any DVD workouts anyone can recommend? Thanks!

Hi, How do you track how many cals you have burned during a weight training session? I used my HRM today during my weight lifting session, It says I burned 270 cals in 70 mins. According to MFP, I burn 205 cals in 70 mins. Which one should I use? Im inclined to use the MFP value because I know HRMs are not entirely…

Hi, Do I have to warm up before I start the workout? Maybe 30 mins of running or something? Also, do I need to do any stretches after the warm up before I start the lifts? Do I need to stretch at the end of the lifting?

Q about Insanity
Im half way through Insanity, Im losing inches more than Im seeing a loss in lbs which is common on this type of program. Does that mean that I am losing fat and gaining muscle-hence why im losing inches and because muscle weighs more than fat, i am not seeing a big drop on the scales?
