CLX help please!
I have just received my Chalene extreme DVDs but there is no body make over calendar so I don't know when I'm supposed to do what and I really want to start asap. Can anyone tell me what I should be doing?

Slow cooking without a slow cooker???
I have rump steak in the fridge and Im thinking maybe beef stroganoff for dinner but the meat is usually a bit tough if I cook it on the stove top. I dont have a slow cooker. Does anyone have any ideas or tips?

I am going to have a go at the Eat to Live program but I wont receive the book for 1 to 2 weeks and I would like to start ASAP. Can anyone give me the rundown on what to eat? Also has anyone on this plan done strength training as well as cardio? Will I have enough energy to do both without eating meat?

Large thighs
All of my clothes are getting looser all over except around my thighs! Any suggestions on slimming my thighs? I jog for 30mins 3 days per week and try to use various exercise DVDs every other day.

Protein shake that is dairy free and doesnt have eggs either
Does anyone know of a protein shake I can make that is dairy free and doesnt have eggs? Preferably no artificial addatives or preservatives either? I mainly want it for after a work out and Im really time poor so if you know of any pre mixed ones even better!

I have just orered the DVDs and I would like to hear from people who have or are trying this? I would like to purchase some dumbells to use with it but not sure what weights they should be as I am a complete beginner to weights.
