Why is my waist is 2" smaller..but looks flabbier/worse?lol
So Ive lost 9 lbs since April 25th. Ive been eating pretty flippin' clean!..Ive literally "cheated" maybe 3 times(not a whole day either..just like 1 thing)...Ive been exercising daily..at least 30 minutes..usually 1 hr or more...well my stomach was looking flabbier/squishier...lol..So I measured it...and its 2" smaller…

Shin splints...and Im supposed to walk/jog(c25k) tomorrow:(
So I did day 1 of C25k yesterday..and today I did a 20 brisk walk,and day 7 of 30DS (im doing 30DS,and C25K at the same time)...anyways Im having horrible shin pain...and Im supposed to do day 2 (walk 5 min/jog 2 min/walk 5 min) tomorrow...what can i do to help it go away?

HELP!Dont understand my TDEE,BMR,MFP calories.which one?

WooHoo! In the last 9 days..
with counting/tracking my calories...and doing basic cardio workouts/etc....Ive: lost 4 lbs lost 1 1/2" off my waist lost 1 1/2' off my hips lost 1/2" off each thigh lost 1/2" off each arm and today I just did day 1 of 30DS!Phew it kicked my butt...but I am proud of myself:)
