Uhhhh....it's 7:30pm and I have 1660 calories LEFT

When you enter your weight to "check-in" here, does MFP automatically recalculate your daily calorie allotment based on the new weight, or do you have to go through and redo your goals to get the new amount?

Just registered for my first 5K - any help/advice?
I'm signed up for my first 5K on June 30. I take measurements and I weigh myself. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to lose tons of inches, but when you have about 60+ pounds to lose, you still want that scale to move! Cardio & Weights - burned the same calories!?!
So I have done Workouts 1 & 2 and Cardio 1. I burned 267, 281, and 273 calories, respectively. Shouldn't I have burned more calories doing the Cardio DVD than the weights? I use a Polar heart rate monitor to measure calories burned.
