    @nishndn I was stuck at the same weight for over 3 months and I tried everything, I done new exercises, changed my daily calorie allowance, forced myself to eat foods I don't like, changed how much water I drank daily and nothing worked at all, all I can suggest is persevere and it will shift eventually, it can get frustrating - but it will move eventually.
    Also, do you measure yourself? I used to rely on the scales alone, and someone on my MFP friends list suggested for me to measure myself aswell, and I started to do that once a month and even though the scales weren't moving, my body was still shrinking.
    I'm afraid it's just trial and error though. It's good to switch things up so because your body adjusts and gets used to what your doing all the time, so it's harder to lose weight that way.

    Just checking in. Day 2 on track. Using my Fitbit along with MFP. Feeling pretty motivated. Need to pick up some more fruit, plain nonfat Greek yogurt and veggies tomorrow. I need to keep the house stocked with healthy options.

    Ahhh finally some progress for me this month! I weighted myself yesterday morning and it said 164!! Jumpy weight but I'll take it haha! Hitting 165 was a personal goal of mine hadn't been here in awhile!
