    Perkymommy, if you ate restaurant food it could be water weight from all the salt. Drink water to flush it out and hang in there.

    I am stuck right now too, so I feel your pain.

    Not going to reach my goal this month. I started back to work after being on mat leave, not enough sleep and not enough water... still one more weigh in but bring on June!

    13th: 54kg/119lb :neutral: it was my birthday and I ate lots of cake, so it was expected - Im happy :wink:
    20th: 53.5kg/117.7lb :smiley: Im happy and amazed, baked this week and ate lots of it. mm Vanilla slice.
    27th: 53.9kg/118.58lb :neutral: Not suprising ate 2 pizzas this week and some more vanilla slice.

    Overall Total loss for May : 1kg - 2.2lb

    Total loss since starting : 21.6kg /47.52lb

    Still yo yoing up and down but ultimately its still going DOWN :smiley:

    I lost another pound--well--.o8 of a pound but it landed on a lower number, so I still count that as a win.
    May 20th: 224.2
    May 27th: 223.6
    May 31: Goal is to lose -1 lb (or land on a lower number, ie: 222.8-ish)

    Total so far: -6 lbs Heck yeah!

    Happy Sunday, everyone!

    This has been a yo-yo/plateau month, but things started moving in the right direction this week. I am back to 216.4 on my daily weight today and my average is down finally after 2 weeks of gains.

    Only a tiny loss on the month, but it's better than a gain.

    Original starting weight February 2016: 243

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Average from April 24th to April 30th: 217.5
    Average from May 1st to May 7th: 217.1
    Average from May 8th to May 14th: 217.7
    Average from May 15th to May 21st: 218.8
    Average from May 22nd to May 28th: 217.3

    Loss in May: 0.2 lbs.

    Total MFP cumulative loss: 15.7 lbs.

    Ultimate goal: 180.
