I know I'm not the only one who likes food porn, so I'll share some of mine if you will share some of yours. I made a salad out of a bag, adding pork tenderloin, tomato, onion and green beans. I did forget to add the olives, but it was still good.

    Bean and cheese quesadillas

    Surprisingly yummy!

    Black beans
    Salsa
And a tad of cheese inside a toasted tortilla

    Delish!

Chicken breast tenders, green peppers, onions, chili powder and broccoli covered in Colby jack or Mexican cheese. We like to have Mexican rice as a side also. Super yummy!

This looks so yummy and healthy. I will try to post some recipes this weekend with pictures. With family and friends over it is a little crazy right now. so thanks for sharing. It is so much better to see food-recipes with pictures and get ideas. Have you ever heard of Spanish Noodles? Basically you brown the noodles just a little and then add blended stewed tomatoes and 1 can of chicken broth just above the noodles on a med low until it absorbs all the liquid, seaoned of course. I used cumin, garlic, onion powder, cilantro, salt and pepper. Then put fresh spinach and a little parmesan cheese. So healthy and delicious.
    Take care,
    Nina

Rotisserie chicken, green beans, stir fry veggies and sweet potatoes. I chopped up some of the chicken breast and added it to the salad, along with a few of the green beans. Larro's low sugar strawberry pie and a few fresh strawberries for dessert.

I made something new! Corned beef brisket in the slow cooker with potato, carrot, onion and cabbage. An early ode to St Paddy : )

    It was delicious!

Supper was a rerun of last night, minus the sweet potatoes, and Key lime pie instead of strawberry. Still good, though.

Nothing exciting, left over chicken and rice soup. Tomorrow, ham steaks with potatoes and green beans, next day will be ham and potato soup with the leftovers.

A nice salad, then prom food. {I'm at work} A chicken salad on a croissant, turkey breast on french bread, and assorted veggies and fruit. I'm sure I will nibble some more when I start putting up the tables and chairs.

    That looks tasty!

My husband made dinner tonight and it was delicious as usual. Two egg omelets with sauteed mushrooms & onions and shredded cheddar-jack, and red potatoes boiled with veggie broth and spices. Mmm
