This is all from yesterday!
I had FOUR complete 'Bro-Nods' at the gym last night, from the regulars.
I managed 9.6miles in 30 mins on the bike compared to my original best (six weeks ago) of 6.2miles.
I increased seated row by 30lbs.
I added four 8-rep sets to my standing dumb bell curls.36 -
I ran for 8 minutes without stopping, then walked for 5, then ran for another 10 minutes without stopping! 6 weeks ago I stepped out the door and was dying by the time 1 minute came along (C25K) and now I feel so much fitter and stronger!
Oh, and I also have ARM MUSCLES from weight lifting30 -
Great job!! Wooo!

Lovely NSV I am able to wear again the ring my Mum bought me when I was 21 (50 years ago) It has fitted now and then but not for long as I have been a yoyo dieter all my life Mum passed away a long time ago and I am determined that the ring will never be too small again40

My toddler proclaimed my stomach "too hard" to lay his head on ... it's definitely not, but my ribs were harshing his snuggle.34

I am sewing myself a pair of stretchy shorts. I dug out the multi size pattern i used last time. Wow. There's the visula for me. I can see how my size has shrunk as I cut out on new smaller line!17

I had to dig out my belt because my current jeans are too baggy at the waist. I hate wearing belts. Also had to cut 6" off the end so it didn't flap around like a strangled chicken.26

i only have a maybe nsv, my scale moves super slowly (i know i say that every time, but it's always true!!!) anyway, i took measurements only of my waist today and i think i've lost three inches! but since i lost my last measurements somewhere, i'm kind of guessing. i am mostly sure i'm right because the number last time was the biggest ever and it stuck in my head, but since it was just a few weeks ago and 3 inches seems like a lot maybe i'm mis-remembering
anyway i printed out 12 full body diagrams with places to input your measurements as well as the date and weight. so starting september 1 tomorrow, i'm going to be more accurate and hopefully do it monthly.23 -

I bought a size 6 pair of pants yesterday -- and they fit! Might be vanity sizing, but I'm still excited24

Nearly forgot about this but last night I discovered that I could feel the bone going from my elbow to my wrist on my right arm. Turns out I can feel it on my left arm as well.22

I ran 57.6 miles last week! This is a new personal best for me. I'm hoping to manage a 60 mile week before the end of October.33

I'm constantly learning new things and ways to make my lifestyle choice work even better for me. As I go along learning more about weightlifting and form, keeping my macros as close to recommendations as possible, actually resting on rest days, realizing instead of just knowing this IS a life long choice... tons of stuff. When I first started (after I finaly discovered CICO) I was just happy to drop weight with food, but as time went on, my goals for myself changed, and I'm more active than I have been in years. I guess my NSV in a nutshell is I'm very happy with the knowledge and action I am using to get to where I want to be and be the best me I can be. 'Cause after a while, needing to drop 2lbs a week just isn't working and you gotta find yourself or you might just get too discouraged and join the droves of people who may never make it... I hope that makes sense...34

I can wear a 12 in jeans now (been wearing baggy pants for months, lol). And I now know what it's like to have an *kitten* bone, dear god.20

You make total sense. What you said about educating yourself is absolutely true it's not a diet you're actually changing the way you think and you approach food.
You talk about the other thing I firmly believe in it's the mental aspect. Like you after a while that 2 pounds per week doesn't mean anything anymore once you hit your goal weight all the sudden your thought process begins to change and you go let me try this and you can do it and then you go let me try this and you can do it your inner confidence starts to build and it starts to change your mental approach15 -
I'm in the process of rebuilding my wardrobe. Went to buy dress slacks today. January 1st 2016 46 inch waist today 36 inch waist
I can finally start to see the veins developing in my arms and my biceps30 -

I finally got my side climb. 9 weeks ago I all I could do was get my legs and arms in the right position, but I couldn't pull myself up. But my instructor made us practice it tonight, and I can do it with 2 separate grips on both sides of my body, and I can do multiple climbs with minimum problem (I say minimum b/c it's still requires a lot of strength so it's really tiring).
I can also now do a pull up on my pole and get my body to where my arms are making 90 degree angles. When we worked on it today, I really felt my biceps, shoulders, and lats. It was amazing. I've been trying to do this since January 2015.36
