I eat whatever I want as long as fits my calorie goal. Today was mostly Buffalo Wild Wings and shots of 151 rum. I don't judge, unless it's something really delicious251

Lol Well it's none of their business. So they can go ahead and complain to themselves. Reasons my diary is now private!57 -

Right? I go there often to try to buy bottles but theyre always out when I go! Very irritating. lol. I want to stock up. We have the Wild and Blazin' Sauces in our fridge right now. I try to eat "healthy" compared to myself but I'm definitely not a clean eater....I do not cook much either lol10 -

Went to Buffalo wild wings for the first time this week. My son said we could only go if I tried the hottest wings they had. I could have used some rum with them to ease the pain.24 -
I eat whatever I want that meets my calorie limit and meets my nutritional needs. Even if it is...gasp...PROCESSED FOODS AND FROZEN MEALS! EGAD!174

...I don't think my husband realizes they sell bottles, otherwise I'm sure he would be smothering his chicken salads with them. Shh, we won't tell him.
Their ranch is just amazing, although he brought me back the regular ranch this time. And we are food sisters - I'm not much of a cook either. Crockpot and casserole recipes where I just throw stuff into a pot or pan for a few hours is usually my thing, haha. When my husband is deployed it's 90% frozen/prepared stuff. Whatever works, lol!15 -

I've got a shot for you right here! (You're braver than me, I still haven't tried the hot stuff there - I'd rather watch the guys cry while they eat them, lol!)7 -
We love Bw3 and go 1x a week I eat what I want as long as it fits in my goals. Feel free to add me if you'd like7

I have that sauce in the fridge! It's delicious, but after a while you can't taste the food anymore. LOL. I am actually craving it...I was trying to figure out how I could fit it in tonight lol3 -

Lol if my bf doesnt cook for me Im not cooking for him for the most part... He would if I asked but neither of us are a fan. I have 3 kids, 2 with disabilities so Im swamped especially because they all eat different diets!!! All of us do so 5 different meals? heck no! I cook on holidays and occasionally I bake or I make tamales or enchiladas...or lasagna homemade but it's not an everyday occurrence for myself. The kids are the focus and honestly my boys will only eat macaroni for the middle child and my youngest eats only "ethnic" food it's so weird...lol indian, mexican, etc or he's trying to live on candy. They have delays and sensory issues so I cant even force the issue (they're also nonverbal). My boyfriend eats meat and we dont so it's just chaos here lol. Yay for Lean cuisine!19 -

And I am in for the BWW love, although it has been forever since I've been. Only the boneless wings though; bone in are not worth the fight for the meat.
Went to Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my birthday Friday. Had a blood orange mojito, avocado egg rolls, barbecue chicken salad, and french fries. Of course the salad was huge, so I ate some leftovers yesterday for lunch and still have some left for later this week; good thing I liked it a lot! I also thanked my cousins (who were the ones taking me out) for the birthday dinner and multiple lunches. ☺12 -

Well so much for health !!!!!
This cracks me up. I don't understand why the quoted has to be mentioned. No one stated that they eat "junk food" all day every day. What OP was getting at is nutritious plus treats, or all foods in moderation. Nothing wrong with that. I find the quoted quite amusing and dramatic. Once still can be physically (and mentally) healthy including all foods in their diet. For some, including treats in their WOE actually helps them adhere to a deficit.
It is of a healthy mindset to eat foods without labeling them "good" or "bad". Demonizing foods can lead to orthorexia.63 -
