Please join us! Starting on 2/27 through 3/8, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 33! Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

I’m in! Third round and I love it. I’m learning that my partner and I eat out a lot during the weekend, and it’s this eating out during the weekend that unravels all the effort I put in during the week. I’m disappointed about that but there's no point dwelling on the past. All I can do is learn from my experience and improve from there.

Thank you guys for this challenge. It has helped me stay mindful and avoid the vicious cycle and the oblivion trap I usually fall in when my weight fluctuates!

25/02: 172.6 Holiday gain! No scale available and a week of the high life had consequences. Travelling all day yesterday, so poor hydration and high sodium in food will have pushed this up due to water retention.
