10 years ago I got into running for one season, I loved it, I ran 5Ks and 10Ks and I felt great, then summer and shin splints got bad and I stopped. I am starting again with a gentle goal of 10 miles for the month so my shins keep up with me.

binging after weight lose

October goals
My goal is 2 miles a day (62 for the month). I have a half marathon Sunday the 7th but I’m still working through an ankle injury that has been a major issue all year. I’m hoping a mile or two a day will help get it back into shape.
