You'll be amazed how quick you get into this if you work through the first few achy days. Halfway through mine, day 15... 140 squats. I never thought it was possible. Good luck to everyone taking part :-)0

Starting this in the morning since I worked out already/did squats today! I learned that I wasn't breathing correctly for squats and just learned to do them the right way, and it makes SUCH a difference in the abs.
This is bodyweight right?0 -

Fufil04 - you are meant to do them at once, at the most they say to give a 30sec rest.0 -

im on day 13 (130). wanting to go back to day 1-3!! its a good burn but I find myself taking a short break every 25 squats or so.0

I"m up to 110 now. I take a 5 second break every 25 at the moment...trying to push myself to wait until after 30 now.0

I'm doing mine as a single set. My thighs are absolutely killing me after day 2 though. Still, nice to know I have muscles to ache! )0
