    You'll be amazed how quick you get into this if you work through the first few achy days. Halfway through mine, day 15... 140 squats. I never thought it was possible. Good luck to everyone taking part :-)

    Starting this in the morning since I worked out already/did squats today! I learned that I wasn't breathing correctly for squats and just learned to do them the right way, and it makes SUCH a difference in the abs.

    This is bodyweight right?

    Fufil04 - you are meant to do them at once, at the most they say to give a 30sec rest.

    That's a lot of squats in a day (by the end!) Oh what the H**l I'm in - 50 squats starting today
    anyone still doing this challenge? I consider myself pretty "fit" and even I was surprised at how much more difficult this was than I thought! haha. I got up to 200 in a few months so I took a break.
    This made me laugh!

    im on day 13 (130). wanting to go back to day 1-3!! its a good burn but I find myself taking a short break every 25 squats or so.
