Yesterday
1. Positive thinking.
2. DO not turn to food for comfort. Take a walk instead Busy day today, so I didn't get any exercise in at all!
3. WATER WATER WATER! I struggle so much with getting all my water in! YES, drank water all day!
4. . Remember a lot of LITTLE goals WILL turn into a LARGE goal! -- Jackie, grabbing this one from you! Love it!
Just for today, Friday, Dec 12

2. Walk, and if not time, do 20 minutes on the ellipitical
3. DO not eat any of the cookies I brought home from the cookie exchange last nite!!

Seems we have lost a lot of people, so I am going to try and restart this again. Jackie, I am having trouble getting on your post, and also, people have to join the group in order to post. I love reading others posts - it also keeps me going.
So just for today ---
I will not look at what the scale says, and instead concentrate on healthy eating!

Just found this and LOVE it!
Just for today, I will:
1. Not eat any of the cookies/candy/junk in the breakroom at work!
2. Drink 12 cups of water
3. Eat the healthy food I take to work and not order out!
The holiday season has been hard! Everyone is bringing in so much junk! It's so hard to resist.0 -

Stay within my calorie goals
45 minutes on treadmill

Sometime its really get difficult...when we think we cannot eat this for long time...
But it seems this will b helpful to control just for today..

3) I will walk to reach home from railway station rather than taking bus. which will take 40 min.0 -

My weakness is sweet myself. I really cut back a lot and other foods, but I also been very active as well. I do have few days I over eat. I started myself 6 months ago. I just have few more left but not worring either. I feel a lot better and looking better. Wished I had other picks to show past 6 months transformation. Keep up great work. I need motovation myself

2. I won't eat anything after 8:00 p.m.
3. I will remind myself that the number on the scale is not necessarily an accurate reflection on my progress. I am able to do significantly more physically than I ever was before.0 -
