    Just back on MFP today after off for three months UGH :( I think this is great and makes so much sense.
    Just for today...
    I will walk our puppy 30 minutes
    I will Drink 64 oz. water
    I will not drink alcohol
    I will stay within calorie goals
    I will not weigh myself

    4. I will log everything I put in my mouth!!!!!! DONE

    1. I will MAKE healthy food choices for dinner!
    2. Remember to drink my water!
    3. Make time for my afternoon walk!
    4. Move move move move!

    We are going to oppotuinity village to see the "Christmas Lighting"! These last couple of days went well BUT need to keep focus! In a couple of weeks, we'll going to have friends in town! I need to lose the few pounds before than!!!

    I have been missing getting on here, and feel again out of control. So going to get back to taking this one day at a time

    So -- just for TODAY
    1. Only eat food in the kitchen
    2. Drink water in the evening instead of "stress" eating
    3. Log EVERYTHING I eat today!

    I hope you guys are all doing better than I am! Too much eating over Thanksgiving, and now getting the sugar again out of my system, and getting back in control.

    2. Don't LET the crazy things in life GET ME stressed out!!!!!!!
    3. Make time for myself (crochet blanket)

    I'm going to be so so happy WHEN we are FINALLY in Washington State! We've been TRYING for a month NOW to have someone, WE THOUGHT, could come to do maintence on our RV. He keeps coming up with excuses!!!!!! If I tell someone I'm going to do something, I DO IT!!!! Sorry, done with my rant, lol.

    Btw, we have a great time last night at oppotuinity village seeing the "Christmas Lighting" Plus, we found out my daughter and grand babies will be relocated in Washington in March, right behind us, yay!!!!!

    @Joan, sometimes stressful eating is my problem. I love your attitude about taking day by day!!!! Happy Tuesday, everyone!!!!

    For 12/2

    2. get up early and get a workout at the gym before work

    Joan, I so get it! Me too, big sugar and stress induced messups over the holidays. It got ugly. But today I was done and ready to start working on positive changes, "JUST FOR TODAY"

    2. Get my walk in tonight!
    3. Remember my protein drink!
    4. AGAIN make time for myself!

    We finally found someone to do the maintenance on RV so now ALL we need is make sure our car gets one too!!!!! Just so much to do for our relocating back to Washington!

    I hope everyone else is getting back into the swing of things after Thanksgiving! I will actually be glad when Christmas is over since it'll be that MUCH loser to Feb!!!!

    2. Drink 8 glasses of water
    3. Chew gum or drink water in the evenings. PLAN what I will eat for after-dinner snack (1 cup of popcorn)



    See - I need to stay on this, to keep reminding me to take this one day at a time!!
    Why is it so hard to get back on track once I have sugar!! YIKES!! But, I am not giving up!

    For 12/3
    • log as I go -- YES, when I was near a computer!
    • get up early and get a workout at the gym before work -- YES, 20 minute run, kindof minimal but.
    • all the water. Just, all of it. -- Failed by a cup or so.

    I know we are halfway thru 12/4 but:
    1. come in under calories
    2. Cardio workout 30 mins if my calf doesn't hurt
    3. Upperbody & abs please - exercise ball or weight machines.

    1. It is a rainy day out today, so just for today I will do 30 minutes on my ellipitical
    2. Drink water!!!!
    3. Log every bite I eat
    4. Chew gum tonite instead of grabbing some food!

    I think I forgot to log yesterday - my days are so mixed up. But I did a little better yesterday.

    Jackie - how do you get the little sad faces? I love them. But like the smily faces better!!

    Log every single bit of the food I eat, since I know I won't be able to get any cardio after work tonight.
    Drink water instead of soda during my drive tonight.
    Bring healthy snacks from home in an effort to avoid the sugary snacks at mom's house.
