Sometime its really get difficult...when we think we cannot eat this for long time...
But it seems this will b helpful to control just for today..
Lets see..I would also like to join..

2) I will not eat rice at night.
3) I will walk to reach home from railway station rather than taking bus. which will take 40 min.0 -

My weakness is sweet myself. I really cut back a lot and other foods, but I also been very active as well. I do have few days I over eat. I started myself 6 months ago. I just have few more left but not worring either. I feel a lot better and looking better. Wished I had other picks to show past 6 months transformation. Keep up great work. I need motovation myself

1. I will get in an hour of exercise.
2. I won't eat anything after 8:00 p.m.
3. I will remind myself that the number on the scale is not necessarily an accurate reflection on my progress. I am able to do significantly more physically than I ever was before.0 -

I've been away - we did get to go to Michigan to see our son and little grandsons! So much fun, and way too many cookies!!
But I need to get back to taking this one day at a time.
So since tomorrow is Christmas Eve day, I still am going to do this, one day at a time
So just for tomorrow, 12/24
1. I will watch what I eat, and not overeat
2. I will try and do 20 minutes on the ellipitical during the day
3. I will look only at positives, and enjoy our quiet evening

I've been on MFP for a while now. I've never joined in on groups but I really like the idea of only taking things one day at a time. I would really like to join and try to make a daily change in my life. It seems much more doable looking at just one day instead of months down the road.
So...Just for today
1. I will stay in my calorie range
2. I will get in at least 15minutes of exercise
3. I will counter any negative thoughts I have about myself with positive ones.

I love reading all your posts -- I came down with a awful cold on Christmas eve, so have not posted anything. I've been drinking orange juice, and trying to rest as much as I could. Not the best time to get sick, and it was beautiful out today - almost 55 degrees! I hated not being able to get outside for a walk.
so I am making list for tomorrow.
Just for today, 12/27
1. I will take care of myself, and drink lots of water, and eat healthy foods.
2. Log everything I eat, and get back into journaling!

Jackie, Joan, and other fans of one day at a time - I love the group "JUST FOR TODAY 2015", I love this thread, I'm posting in BOTH so as not to miss the "Just for Today" bus, which has come to be a very valuable part of my MFP experience as is having people I have met in this thread for friends!!
BUT - how are we going to figure out which to do going forward? posting in both is a little time consuming and keeps fans of Just for Today in two separate places.

I say we LET everyone in the "other thread " know about THIS one and I just delet THAT thread since it was Joan's to begin with! Plus I just created that thread thinking I couldn't get on this one! I WILL post this thread now! I will keep the OTHER one for a few days!
I just sent a couple messages to a couple members that showed interest letting them KNOW we are ONLY going to have this one! I will check the other one the next couple of days!0
