Wow, everyone has done such a great job! What's really interesting is how much the weight actually varies for the same height, yet everyone still looks gorgeous. It really isn't about a number but how you feel.

Ohhhhh no. So excited I left out words, sorry. The first is from when I started in April at 184. The second is now at137, which is about 10 lbs from goal weight.

Love these photos! You all look great! I am 5'5. I started at 240 and am under 195 now, but I'm not close enough to having after photos yet so I'll live through this thread I do want to ask though, and I apologize for checking you all out so thoroughly, but did you bustier ladies find that your boobs shrunk? Based on photos, I'd say a little, but wanted to ask more directly without singling any one person out.

Not really. I went from a 40DD to a 36F, which is in the same "volume cup family". They shrunk a bit, but not enough to make a real difference. I always had big boobs though.

No - I wasn't and he lost weight (and in particular muscle) FAST - he was low man on the totem pole (as obvious from the scarring) and despite our best efforts he lost weight incredibly fast. Believe me - I was well aware, and when you have a hore lose 200 lbs in a month, it's far from simple. That was June 2013 - here he is now

Mine went from around a 44D to about a 38C. To be honest, they are kind of like deflated balloons now lol.

Aw, thank you! Next year I think I'll be doing a full ball gown, and won''t be feeling like the whale I felt like the last time I wore one. And that blue dress, I would wear every day if I could get away with it!

Buy yourself a goal dress and plan an awesome party!
