    I just did 29 minutes on the wii doing jogging and step which I did enjoy bitI guess if you do it over and over it would be boring. But I have a very low level of fitness so any exercise is good.

    Just for today I will be stress free. I will drive an hour to take my sister with a disability some homemade food take time to make my self nice before I leave and stay under 100 sugar calories for the day
