    The thought of them makes me gag. They are how I quit smoking. Bought a huge bag on and every time I even thought of wanting a cigarette, I ate a Jolly Rancher. Three days, and an almost empty bag of Jolly Ranchers, later, the thought of eating another Jolly Rancher was so nauseating that it tricked my mind into not thinking about wanting a cigarette...because it knew the consequences.

    14+ years later, I haven't had a cigarette or Jolly Rancher since.
