Do guys prefer to sleep with women with the same hair color as their mother? Random I know, but this came up in my real life recently (a guys friends tell me that they suspect he only sleeps with blondes, as his mom is a blonde, and that's why he stopped messaging). #creepy0

Coworker continuously gives me a running commentary on everything he does. "Going to the bathroom!" "Going to get more water." "I'm going to check my bank account now." "I just dropped this paper clip." "I put on some Burt's Bees." "I just checked the time!" I DON'T CARE!!!0

it's quite sad that marriages get to that point. Do some things for yourself... or think... what were the reasons you fell in love with him, is it the same now?
I only recently thought to myself how do people stay together all their lives. ... people always change in different aspects of their lives... yes some are soul mates and some work hard to keep what they have. But you both should be happy...
sometimes if you don't like something you change it or deal with it. but be happy and definite about decisions
Hope things get better for you
Ive thought about this too! Does it make you stronger to stay with someone if they mistreat you? Or does it make you stronger to leave and find true happiness? Which then the question is what does it mean to be happy? Society paints a picture of what marriage should be like, puttin our spouse on this unnatainable pedastal. In all actuality thats why we say "for better or worse, in sickness and health, till death do us part". Its not about what your feeling for that person, its about choosing to love them once that feeling fades. Stay strong... We've all been there and even if you left to find "greener pastures" that feeling of being in love will fade as well. I hope this helps!
I would say if you are being mistreated, don't put up with it. if they don't know how to treat you right, they don't deserve you.....they need to see that you are willing to walk away and stand your ground ( male or female ) I think if you can still look at your partner after many years and still laugh with each other, still feel the love you have for them, feel how much you care for them and them you. even after going through the hardest times. you would know. I've never put a relationship on a pedestal as I believe in whatever happens, happens... day by day... living in the moment and if that moment lasts longer that's great.
personally a marriage is a piece of paper ( almost like a breakable contract ) that shows you are devoted to one another... however before marriage you loved each other just the same, you would give your life for your other half either way. don't get me wrong marriage I feel is a beautiful thing to unite two people into a bond. and to show they love and care for one another...( and in the eyes of god. ) yes the old meaning has gotten lost along the way ( not completely ) but I agree love fades but care doesn't.... just because people break up doesn't mean they don't care about each other... they have shared a part of their lives with them. good times and bad.
I love seeing elderly couples that have been together since they were teens.. giggling and holding hands... shows that there is hope for a long lasting marriage and a life long partner in everything0 -

I have had a double lung transplant and was told the average life span is 5 years after transplant, July the 8th will be 5 years. So, am I average? Or will I live way longer than that and be an exception... hmmm such deep thoughts, but I cant help but wonder.0

I actually work in organ donation, but from the donor side. One of our double lung recipients comes and visits us frequently, he's at 12 years! 5 years seems really low to me. There's so many factors -- your condition prior to the transplant, how good the lungs were when you got them, and if you've been taking all meds and following up with your MD regularly. (Which I hope you have!) Please don't spend too much time thinking that way, you'll go crazy!0 -
