12/29: 4.51 miles (6.68 km) @ 7:25/mi. 55.45 miles for the month. 5.45 over goal!
Today, after warming up, I ran my fastest 5K distance in at least 17 years, possibly ever: 22:34.4. Based on that, I'm going to train for a 22:20 pace in the 5K I'll be doing on April 11.
Congratulations to everyone who met their goal this month, and to everyone who did as well as they could making progress toward it! That includes taking time off to recover; your long-term health is more important than a monthly number.0 -
