    Dec 27 - 34 mile bike ride - in a group! My first group ride, very fun! Went 17-21 mph!
    Dec 28 - 4.5 although I had to walk .5 of it.

    Dec 30 - 5.3 - walked some but mostly ran. :) Running a 5K on the beach on Jan 1 so tomorrow is a strength training day. I assume it is the packed sand, yikes! If not, I'll be taking it very easy, lol.
