    I do eat it- but I don't eat it regularly- so I don't keep it in my house.
    - I'll eat it if we do bagels at work- but since I don't do bagels at home- it's usually only in my house for cooking/baking.

    I don't like bagels, so I'll just fashion a fake bagel out of cream cheese, then glare out people like a conquering emperor as I eat it.

    Can you deep fry cream cheese? Surely someone has done this before... at a state fair or something? I guess that's what fried cheesecake is, and I think I've seen that before...

    if they can do fried ice cream- and fried pickles- and fried oreos- I'm sure you can do straight up fried cream cheese!!!

    I only make chocolate chip peanut butter cookies and oatmeal raisin with walnuts. I tried making turtle candies yesterday and totally screwed up the caramel part. It never solidified. I now believe the recipe when it says to wait for it to get to 240 degrees. I got impatient and pulled it off the fire to soon. I've never made candy before. Does anyone that makes caramel often have any tips?

    These are a few that I've made this year. Plus 4 types of fudge: Kahlua with macadamia nuts , Peanut butter, Jack Daniels with pecans, dark chocolate with walnuts

    I got paid today- which means WOOT WOOT_ COOKIES!!!! AND CHICKEN!!!

    not together though- but thank the sweet mother mary- I can finally go buy some meat. YES!

    and cookies of course.

    I bet you a mole chicken cookie would be delicious. Or caramel candied fried chicken skin on a caramel cookie.

    There's a bakery in Boston that made a beautiful malasada once, tore it open, added orange marmalade and braised lamb. It was amazing.

    chicken bastilla is a lebanese dish I like to chow down on- little bit of sweet and savory.

    Nice. I'm too lazy to make my own- but I know where to get it ;)

    BF's mom is getting me her coffee at some point (YAY ME) and whatever she mixes with it.

    You definitely have to find that right place- nice thing- the place I work has a small store attached to it- so I can get most of what I need for stuff like that.

    Totes. OP wanted a cookie but didn't want it badly enough to justify the calories so she ate a pineapple lifesaver instead.

    If I ever get to the point in my life where I think a pineapple lifesaver is an appropriate substitute for a cookie, then someone just come put me out of my misery please.

    Plus cherry>pineapple ALL. DAY. LONG.
