I like to add mayo (made with olive oil), onions, canned jalapenos, yellow mustard and some cut up celery. Put that on some bread and I'm good to go! :)

Lite mayo, yellow mustard, pepper, garlic powder, dill weed. Served with 2 lightly salted rice cakes, a low sodium V8, and a piece of fruit (usually a cutie)

I use low fat (only 35 calories) spectrum canola oil mayonnaise! It's delicious!

Sometimes I eat tuna plain or I might add it to a salad.

There is mayo that is made with olive oil and is a lot better in calories. But since I don't really consume a lot of mayo in my diet, I add mayo to my tuna and onions with black pepper and garlic seasoning! Yum!

I made tuna burgers from mine the other day and it was hella tasty. Going to do that again today.

(I used cucumber instead of carrot because I don't have any carrot. I also swapped out the breadcrumbs for oats because... yep, no stale bread or breacrumbs

That said, cucumber adds more liquid than carrot so I had to double up on my oats to 1/2 cup. Still only 194 cals each though and hella protein)

celery, relish, onion, and one trick I do - rather than add mayo, I put in a teaspoon of plain greek yogurt. Less calories, and you really can't tell the difference.
