I am 5'6" and 45 yr old. I started at 165 and am holding around 145-148 (4 months of maintenance). The lowest weight I've been at an adult was 130 and I was not eating well and was a cardio bunny. It was not healthy. So I won't be trying to get there. I was 140 and really strong and healthy in my mid-30s so would love to be there, but I don't really care about weight too much and more about body composition. I don't want to be 'skinny' but fit and strong. I will be doing a small cut (TDEE-12%) in January for 3 months to see if I can lose some of my body fat while retaining my strength and muscles. If I stay the same weight while losing fat, I'll be happy. If I lose a bit of weight while retaining most of my strength & losing fat, I'll be happy.

5'10 small frame CW 145. Goal is flat stomach or 20% body fat. After achieving that I want to build more muscles. .0

I'm 5'4" and currently 155. I'm aiming to lower my body fat% to under 25 and close to 20. This will probably put me at 140-145 lbs.0

I know that's heavier than is fashionable, but it's quite literally my "fighting weight" -- the weight at which I was at optimum athletic performance and winning martial arts tournaments.
That, and I've gotten into distance swimming. Not a sport for the very low of body fat if you expect to survive cold water.
I have the same stats as these.

I can say that while that might seem a little heavier than what is fashionable I have gone from wearing a Women's 20 to a Petite 2/4 if I were to go down much further or what is fashionable I think my family would have an intervention and try and commit me someplace!
Your goal weight has to work with YOUR body!0 -
I am 36 years old, 5'8" and shooting for 145 pounds. SW was 254.6, CW around 155.0

SW: 20st/ 280lbs
CW: 13st 10lbs/ 192lbs
GW: 10st/ 140lbs (for now...)
I initially chose my goal weight as it's half my starting weight, and it puts me near the top of the 'normal' bmi range. Although around 9st/ 126lbs is in the middle of the range so it's more of an 'ideal' weight. I'm going to focus on getting down to 10st for now and then see how I feel when I get there. Might want to lose that bit more or may stop focussing on weight and try to lower my bodyfat, or I might be happy at that weight anyway!0 -
I'm 5'8" and 145 lb as always a been a weight I could maintain but I also look pretty darn good. I have never been thin, and never will, and although at times I went down to 138, that was a super struggle and could only keep it for a week, even 142 very low for me.
I was 184 about 3 weeks ago, now I'm 175.5, so I have 30 lbs to go but I feel that it's totally doable.0 -
I'm 5'6". My goal is 150. I don't have a clue what my body will look like at that weight. I'm 198 in my profile pic, sooooo who knows? I'll reassess at 150 and see if I want to keep going or go into maintenance.0

In reality I'll have to see how I feel at 130 because I've never been that before so no idea what I'll look like.
That's if I ever get there it seems the closer I get the less motivation I have. It should be the other way around! At least I'm not gaining I suppose0 -
A little over 5'9. Currently weigh about 129. I have my GW set as 125 but my real goal is not a weight, and I'm expecting to land somewhere 125-127 while pursuing my real goal (lower hunger levels back to normal and get a more balanced nutrition profile and meal schedule).0

5'6 - goal range is 140-145. Current weight range is 147-150 - last few months I have been averaging about .5 weight loss a week, which is great (started in January in the 190's).0

i'm 5'3 3/4, i was 5'4 my goal weight is 122 and i am 126 now0

5'8.5" and mostly interested in being muscular, strong, fit, and lean. With that said, 180 is too fat, 170 would probably make me casually happy, if I do things right 160 would probably make me genuinely happy, and 150 would make me wear a Stars and Stripes bustier+booty shorts combo carry a golden lasso and drive an invisible jet.0

I am 5'4.5", and I have a larger build naturally. I am shooting for 150#, because when I was a teen, I looked a bit sick at 135#, and I didn't work out then. Now that I do, muscle mass will put me at feeling fine around 150#. I started feeling really good a couple years ago when I got to 158#. So 150# seems reasonable.0
