I am 5'6" and 45 yr old. I started at 165 and am holding around 145-148 (4 months of maintenance). The lowest weight I've been at an adult was 130 and I was not eating well and was a cardio bunny. It was not healthy. So I won't be trying to get there. I was 140 and really strong and healthy in my mid-30s so would love to be there, but I don't really care about weight too much and more about body composition. I don't want to be 'skinny' but fit and strong. I will be doing a small cut (TDEE-12%) in January for 3 months to see if I can lose some of my body fat while retaining my strength and muscles. If I stay the same weight while losing fat, I'll be happy. If I lose a bit of weight while retaining most of my strength & losing fat, I'll be happy.

I'm 5'4" and currently 155. I'm aiming to lower my body fat% to under 25 and close to 20. This will probably put me at 140-145 lbs.

Hey ladies, I was wondering how tall you are, and what your target weight is?

Just curious what everyone's aims are

GW: 135 (Depending on how I look). I just want to make sure I am in the healthy BMI range.

Right now, I am focusing my energy on getting below 200. I am currently at my lowest weight in at least 5 years.

GW no longer matters, its all about how I look and how strong I am, when my re-comp is complete.

    5'2"
    CW 244
    GW 145

I know that's heavier than is fashionable, but it's quite literally my "fighting weight" -- the weight at which I was at optimum athletic performance and winning martial arts tournaments.

That, and I've gotten into distance swimming. Not a sport for the very low of body fat if you expect to survive cold water.

I have the same stats as these.
    Height 5'2"
    SW 244
    CW 148.6
    GW 144.4
I can say that while that might seem a little heavier than what is fashionable I have gone from wearing a Women's 20 to a Petite 2/4 if I were to go down much further or what is fashionable I think my family would have an intervention and try and commit me someplace!

Your goal weight has to work with YOUR body!

    H: 5'4''
    SW: 20st/ 280lbs
    CW: 13st 10lbs/ 192lbs
    GW: 10st/ 140lbs (for now...)

I initially chose my goal weight as it's half my starting weight, and it puts me near the top of the 'normal' bmi range. Although around 9st/ 126lbs is in the middle of the range so it's more of an 'ideal' weight. I'm going to focus on getting down to 10st for now and then see how I feel when I get there. Might want to lose that bit more or may stop focussing on weight and try to lower my bodyfat, or I might be happy at that weight anyway!

I'm 5'8" and 145 lb as always a been a weight I could maintain but I also look pretty darn good. I have never been thin, and never will, and although at times I went down to 138, that was a super struggle and could only keep it for a week, even 142 very low for me.
I was 184 about 3 weeks ago, now I'm 175.5, so I have 30 lbs to go but I feel that it's totally doable.

I'm 5'6". My goal is 150. I don't have a clue what my body will look like at that weight. I'm 198 in my profile pic, sooooo who knows? I'll reassess at 150 and see if I want to keep going or go into maintenance.
