I may go for lower than 160 lbs. It depends on how I look and feel when I get to my original goal weight.0 -

I see a lot of 5'4" girls with goal weights way under 130 and I get discouraged, but try to remind myself we have different bodies and ideas of what fits us best. I lose tons of fat around my face, shoulders, and breasts. At 139 you can see my ribcage and even all the ribs between my breasts. I think 135 will keep me looking healthy and the most attractive, even if I have chunky thighs.0 -

SW--256lb.
CW--227lb.
GW-- To be honest I'm not sure anymore. My weight is from getting pregnant 5 years ago and fighting it loosing and gaining over the 5 years but never getting under 200lbs. I was 6 weeks preggo when I found out and I was wearing a size 8 jeans and they were loose and about 140lbs. I gained 120lbs. with my child even with walking and eating a restricted diet(because of my doctor). I'm just not good at being pregnant AND my child was "supposed" to weigh 13lbs. when he was born. Thank goodness he wasn't. But now my body has changed dramatically and I'm currently in a size 16 jeans and I'm not disappointed with how I look but I know I could look better. But now it's been so long at this size I'm not sure what I will look like at even 160-170lbs. I'm just nervous and overwhelmed because this is the first time I've lost weight on my own without some crazy diet or scam with pills and what not.0 -
I'm 5'4" and my current weight is 157-ish. I started above 210lbs (I'm sure it was close to 220 lbs). Around this time last year I had gotten down to 138, it was nice but I gained it back due to my own laziness around the holidays.
Now my goal weight is between 120-130 lbs, but I'm aiming for 125 lbs. I have a smaller frame so a little bit of extra weight (even 5 lbs) is a large amount to gain.
So, that's my huge "Ultimate" goal. Right now I'm just aiming for 135/140 lbs and I'll work from there. Along with this, I'm paying close attention to my body fat % and will adjust goals according to that too.
I apologize for my rambling!!0 -

GW: ? Not sure. More interested in body composition. At my fittest I was 170-180...strong and healthy... curvy but packing a few extra lbs. I'll be happy getting back to that but I think it'll take getting down into the 140-150 range to get where I really want to be...I want abs.0 -

SW +198 (Probably around 230 when I started originally, 198 was when I checked my weight for the first time after I had already dropped noticeably to many though)
MFP SW 185 ( I originally got down to 165 on my own before I started My fitness pal, but then through the holidays last year, I gained 15 back and then just maintained before I joined the site in March or something)
CW 145
GW 135
I may aim to lose another five once I hit my goal weight, though. Depends how I feel about myself at 135. I don't really care to be any lower than 125, so that's pretty much my cut off no matter what I my think at that point.0 -

GW - I'll know it when I get there, probably somewhere between 135 and 160. I do periodic maintenance every once in a while, so when maintenance starts getting harder, I will stop. Basically, the lowest easily maintainable weight within healthy BMI that does not cut too much into my curves.0 -

I weighed 155 when I was at my peak performance for Rugby, so I'm going to take it as it goes once I get around that area and decide to start maintaining when I'm happy with how I look and feel.0 -

GW: hard to say what a fit strong me will weigh at goal weight, but perhaps something around 70-72 kg or 154-159 lbs, as it's more about what I'm capable of doing than what a scale tries to tell me0 -

130 may seem a little high for someone so short, but I have a big *kitten* no matter what, plus I'm dense, always have been. Back in college I was 130 and my 5'3" roommate was 120 and we wore exactly the same size clothes.
I'm 49 years old and I have no idea what 130 will look like on this ragged old body...haven't been that weight since my 20s. We shall see...I'm flexible. LOL0 -
