    I only track losses in MFP. I track daily in Libra. I'm not sure why I do it that way, except that my weight gains have been blips/random noise. I suppose that if I actually experienced a sustained weight gain, I would record it in MFP.

    NO...i weigh daily and range from 129-133 daily...i would be losing and gaining pounds every day if i logged them all...its either my TOM or sodium intake....if i maintained at 133 for a week or so i would add the gain...but so far i like to see the number for at least a week before i report a gain or loss
