    i plan to continue to Jazzercise and walk at lunch for 30 minutes at least twice a week. I am also going to check out a new gym, if I join I'll be going there twice a week. Depending on the weather, I'll be walking two miles two times a week to my friend's new house.

    I just started :) But this motivates me, it sounds fun, like a competition! I'm going to hike twice a week, walk 2 miles twice a week, do strength training 3 times a week.

    I am currently doing the C25K, did week 4 day 1 today. Other than that I lift weights 4 times a week. I plan to keep up with these, so lifting 4 times a week and running/walking 3 times a week.
