            This is my first time joining a group sounds like a great way to stay motivated.This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!

 Lately I started a new job which is 44 hours a week and haven't been eating enough(and when I do actually eat it is Tim Hortons or pizza), or exercising enough - although I have been doing a 30 minute walk a day home from work, but I don't find it helps.
 I am also worried because I am moving to Korea in two months, and living by the ocean - I want to have a sexy beach body and I am worried about what the food will be like and if I will be able to keep track of Calories when everything is in Korean :P
 Any suggestions. Also walking to and from work today because it is so nice out and packed my lunch (tomato, lettuce, and hot peppers and butter on cracked wheat)! Yay!0

            Well May was a total flop for me and I ended up gaining.... But i am not going to beat myself up (too much).
