    It's my first day on here, granted I don't really want to lose too much weight but I have lost 13 pounds over the last year and a half (birth control, first years of marriage, and a stressful job), and the last 5 have been sticking to me like glue! I signed up for this site hoping to get the motivation to stay honest in my diet and exercise, and finally kick those last five- if I hit 124 this month, I'll be happy with my weight and trying to tone. Good luck to everyone in June!

    I've joined a Gym and intend to go Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with Pilates on Tuesday.
    My nephew gets married on the 22nd and I want my tummy region to be firmer!!!

    Also my cardio will consist of circuit exercises. I cant do any lower body work I just had a hip replacement but no excuses from me!
