    During one evening's interlude, I went to pull her hair, which promptly popped-off into my closing hand... The flashing LEDs and other assorted circuitry of her synthetic intelligence was fully exposed; I found myself disgusted, but suddenly fully understanding of her fascination with the battery-charger in our bedroom.

    After that incident, I swore off rechargeable brides and began my search for a compatible, fully organic lover.
